Terms & Conditions

Last updated: September 2026

These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of The Therapy Business Mentor website and to services and resources provided by The Therapy Business Mentor.

By using this website, downloading or accessing our resources, or purchasing a service, you agree to these terms.

1. About The Therapy Business Mentor

The Therapy Business Mentor provides business mentoring, guidance, resources and educational content primarily for massage, bodywork and complementary therapists.

The Therapy Business Mentor is operated by Rachel Pebworth, based in the United Kingdom.

If you have any questions about these terms, please contact:

[email protected]

2. Business mentoring and educational information

The information, resources and mentoring provided by The Therapy Business Mentor are intended to support you in understanding and developing your therapy business.

They are provided for general educational and business mentoring purposes and should not be considered legal, financial, accounting or tax advice.

While every effort is made to provide useful, accurate and relevant information, you remain responsible for the decisions you make in relation to your own business.

Where appropriate, you should seek advice from a suitably qualified professional, such as an accountant, solicitor, financial adviser or other specialist.

3. No guarantee of business results

Every therapy business is different.

The Therapy Business Mentor does not guarantee any particular financial result, number of clients, level of income, business growth or other outcome as a result of using the website, resources or mentoring services.

Examples from Rachel's own business or those discussed within educational content are provided for context and illustration and should not be interpreted as a guarantee that you will achieve the same results.

4. The Therapy Business Reset and other free resources

The Therapy Business Reset and any other free tools, quizzes, downloads or resources are intended to help you reflect on your business and identify areas you may wish to explore further.

Results and recommendations are based on the information you provide and are not a comprehensive assessment of your business.

They should be used as a starting point for reflection and decision-making rather than as professional legal, financial or regulatory advice.

5. 1:1 Therapy Business Mentoring

1:1 mentoring sessions are intended to provide personalised business support, discussion and guidance based on the information you provide.

You remain responsible for deciding whether and how to implement anything discussed during a session.

A mentoring session does not create a legal, financial, accounting, employment or other professional advisory relationship.

6. Booking and payment

Where payment is required, the price will be clearly displayed before you make your purchase or booking.

Payment must be made using the payment methods available at the time of booking.

Your booking is not confirmed until any required payment has been successfully completed and you have received confirmation.

7. Cancelling or rearranging a mentoring session

If you need to cancel or rearrange a 1:1 mentoring session, please provide at least 48 hours' notice.

Where at least 48 hours' notice is provided, you may rearrange your appointment or request a refund where applicable.

Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice may be non-refundable.

If The Therapy Business Mentor needs to cancel or rearrange your session, you will be offered an alternative appointment or a full refund.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

8. Digital products and services

Where digital content, downloads or other paid digital resources are offered, the individual sales page will explain what is included and any additional terms applying to that purchase.

Where you expressly request immediate access to digital content, your statutory cancellation rights may be affected once access or downloading begins. Where required by law, this will be made clear before purchase.

9. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, all original content provided through The Therapy Business Mentor — including written content, downloads, frameworks, worksheets, resources, graphics and educational materials — belongs to The Therapy Business Mentor and is protected by intellectual property law.

Resources are provided for your personal use within your own business.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, publish, teach from or commercially exploit the materials without prior written permission.

You are welcome to share links to publicly available pages and resources.

10. Website availability and external links

Every reasonable effort is made to keep this website available and its information up to date, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.

The website may occasionally contain links to third-party websites or services. The Therapy Business Mentor is not responsible for the content, availability, security or privacy practices of third-party websites.

11. Email communications

If you choose to join the mailing list, you may receive practical business guidance, resources, updates and occasional information about services or ways to work with Rachel.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in those emails.

Information about how personal data is collected and used is available in the Privacy Policy.

12. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

To the extent permitted by law, The Therapy Business Mentor will not be responsible for business decisions, financial losses, loss of profits or other indirect losses resulting from your reliance on information, resources or mentoring provided through the website.

You are responsible for evaluating information in the context of your own business and circumstances before acting on it.

13. Changes to these terms

These Terms & Conditions may occasionally be updated to reflect changes to the website, services or applicable requirements.

The latest version will always be published on this website with the date it was last updated.
